2009-2010 Registration Packets will be ready to pick up on
TUESDAY, August 11, 2009.

Your student's individual packet may be picked up Tuesday through Friday (August 11 thru August 14), in the Administration Office between the hours of 8:00am - 3:30pm.

Due to confidential information contained on some of the documents, the packet must be signed for by a parent or guardian. If you are having a friend or relative collect your student's packet, they must have a signed note of permission to do so.

You may notice the packets are considerably less bulky this year. In our continuing effort to save money, time, and resources, the contents are largely those documents which require your review, signature and return to the school on either August 17th or 18th during packet return.

Flyers and optional forms have been placed on-line on our website, www.grms.srvusd.net where you can view and print our personal copies, if you so desire.

Volunteers are still needed and welcome to help with registration. Three opportunities to join us:

Monday - August 10th 9:00am - Packet Stuffing - MPR
Monday - August 17th - 4p-7p - Packet Return - MPR
Tuesday - August 18th - 9a - noon - Packet Return - MPR

August 25th -- First Day of School 8:15am - 11:40am (no lunches) (Schedule distribution in MPR - before school)
August 27th -- Principal's Welcome Coffee -- 8:30am MPR
September 2nd -- Fall Picture Day - All Day - PE Classes -- Pictures taken for all students for ID purposes .. Picture Packages prepared for pre-paid orders only
September 3rd -- Back to School Night - 7:00pm
